We want you to feel confident trying the Ember Guide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

The easiest way to request a refund is through our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and follow their refund process. You can also email us at support@menopausalember.com with your order confirmation or the email address you used at checkout, and we will process your request within 5-10 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is issued, your license to use the Ember Guide PDF is revoked. Please delete any copies you have downloaded.
